Hello there! Thank you for visiting my profile. A little bit about me: I am a graduate student here at Ohio State University studying Neuroscience. I've been in Columbus for 7 years, and in that time I've had the delight of caring for very kind and interesting people's companion animals, primarily cats and dogs. I also have many years of experience with other animals such as horses, reptiles, and fish. I grew up in a little town south of Columbus where my mother has a small veterinary practice. It was through her that I was first exposed to many different types of animals and how to care for them. My first job was as a veterinary receptionist in her clinic, which was an amazing experience that taught me compassion and strengthened my ties with my community. Today, I do not have pets of my own, so I enjoy spending time with animals vicariously through boarding at my house, sitting at client's houses, and volunteering at animal shelters. I have been off and on Rover for the past few years. Last time I reactivated my account one of my lovely clients referred me to a few of their friends and family members, and I have had my hands full. However, I now have some additional free time and feel comfortable looking for a few new clients.
