Pet care experience
I have been pet-sitting with Rover since 2018. Prior to that, I had a year of sitting experience outside of Rover. I have also had pets of my own my entire life. I am able to help with training including house training, as well as bathe and brush animals. I am also able to administer oral medications, but I do not do injections. I have experience with cats, dogs, rodents, reptiles, and fish.
Reviews
Kaitlyn was awesome!! I got stuck in Dallas and needed a last minute sitter and she was so accommodating. Luna absolutely loved her. Kaitlyn sent me lots of pictures of luna and made sure to keep me updated. This was our first time sending our puppy to anyone that wasn't family and we couldn't be pre happy with our decision! We will 100% book again with Kaitlyn ?
Kaitlyn is a marvelous sitter who fell in love with our babies and they fell in love with her. They put a lot of love and care into every visit and sends the best update pictures that make us feel very confident that our pets are in caring, competent hands.
Thanks Kaitlyn for taking care of my babies Penelopee and Pocahontas. She always kept me posted on how they were doing. Loving her and her family.
Kaitlyn was an amazing sitter. Updates were frequent and had lots of pictures. Gave us peace of mind while we were away. Will be using her services again.

Safety, trust & environment
In our house, animals are treated like family. They are allowed on furniture and given lots of attention and cuddles. They are walked on demand, as well as on a schedule. All animals are separated for feeding times. I have a 6 year old female golden retriever who gets along well with other dogs and adores cats. My own cats get along well with dogs, and always love new kitty friends to play with. I also have three human children, a 1 year old, 5 year old and an 11 year old. They are very much animal people and have grown up around them. They are gentle with all animals that come into the home. We have a large fenced in yard for pets to run and play in, so all animals need to be up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick medication. We only keep pets from one family at a time to avoid any chances of illness spread or fighting.

Information Kaitlyn G. would like to know about your pet
Some very important information that I need before agreeing to keep your pet is: if your pet has any diet restrictions, their feeding schedule, any needed medications, and how they indicate that they need to go outside. Some of my first questions are always: Do they get along with kids/other pets? Are they house/crate trained? The more details you can provide on your pets, the better! :) I also REQUIRE a meet and greet prior to keeping any animal for the first time, with no exceptions.
A typical day
On a regular day, we like to play, cuddle, and take lots of walks! We usually walk around our neighborhood, but sometimes we like to go walk around local parks, as well. If the weather permits, we also love to take hikes or go down to the beach to play.
