The dogs have access to the backyard through the doggie door so they can go outside whenever they like. Most dogs learn how to use it pretty quickly as they see Daisy going through it continually throughout the day. I feed Daisy in the morning and at night and take her for at least one 2 mile walk each day. Sometimes we go for a bike rides as well. I have a tandem leash and she loves wrestling and playing with other dogs.
