Julie was excellent with our 3 dogs! It was our first time using the Rover app- but I’m so glad we did! We would definitely use Julie again!

Julie was a pleasure to work with! She is kind, compassionate and professional. First, she was more than willing to schedule a meet and greet to ensure this was the right fit. She asked great questions to really get to know our animals and what they needed. We booked her for overnight/constant care and on the day we were leaving for the trip, she showed up not only timely, but early, ready to start watching the animals so we could leave! She made sure to ask any questions she had which was beyond appreciated. During our trip, she stayed in communication with us by sending pictures, updates, asking any additional questions and raising any concerns (one dog is a picky eater and I had forgotten to mention just how picky she is). I would much rather have someone bring up any concern to us than simply ignore it. She had promised to be here 20/24 hours and she did not stray from the plan! She made sure to play with all of our furry friends. The two dogs, both under 2 years old and 2 cats, who are middle aged, can be very needy, so it can be quite a bit to handle when they all demand time at once. We have had other Rover sitters who were not here as much as they agreed to be and did not play with our animals at all. That experience is the polar opposite of Julie! Overall, Julie provided the best pet sitting experience we have had. If you are looking for an honest and caring person to watch over your pets and home look no further. TLDR: Best pet sitter experience we have had. Will not be disappointed.
