Pawsitively Reliable and Loving
Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and have been around dogs and cats my whole life, taking an active role in their care. I started taking full time care of my dogs in 2016 and have continued since then. I currently have a Mini American Shepard who I have trained from the time he was 8 weeks old to now and a 4-month-old Grey Tabby kitten. I would previously house sit and animal sit for many of my families’ and friends’ pets, including dogs, cats, pigs, birds, lizards, chickens, fish, and rabbits. I have experience with senior pets as well as puppies and kittens. I love animals and often would rather be around them than humans. I care for each and every animal that crosses my path and will always work to make sure that you and your animal are receiving the best experiences. I'm currently a full-time university student and have plenty of time for pet care during the days and week. I am close to my school which allows me to be able to come home and take care of the pets during the day. I am typically home each night before 5:30 PM and typically have open availability on the weekends. I will only accept a booking when I know I can give the owner and their pet my full confidence, making sure I am providing the best care possible. I will always be upfront about any conflicts that could come up and will present them before booking. My current dog has full reign on the home as he is fully trained and is crate-trained if I were to need to use the crate. He is fed twice daily and goes on at least 5 walks during the day. Each time I get home, he goes out and will go out again before I leave. My kitten has less free reign as he is still growing and learning what is appropriate. During a longer time away from the home (currently more than an hour), he will be contained in his play pen with toys, food, and water until I return. My animals are completely spoiled and are allowed on furniture and receive lots of love and cuddles. When I am caring for your pet, you can trust that your pet is safe, happy, and well taken care of. I want to make each pet and pet owner as comfortable as possible and will pay attention to each detail. Your animal will be a top priority to me, and I will do everything possible to provide you both with excellent care and a worry-free experience.

I will always treat your pet as one of my own during my time with them. I try to make sure each pet is receiving the care and attention they need to stay happy and healthy. During walks, I try to make sure that each pet is receiving the physical activity they need and with plenty of sniff breaks for mental stimulation. I make sure each pet has water and they are comfortable when they are back in the home. They will always receive pets and treats if allowed before I leave. I will ensure everything is in its proper place before leaving and that at least 2 pictures are taken to send to the pet parent with a summary of the visit. I have no issues with learning each pet’s individual care requirements whether the pet needs medication or needs to go back into a crate.

Information Julianne T. would like to know about your pet
Things that I find important to know about your pet ahead of time are any quirks they may have, medical conditions, if they require any medication or special diets, and if they are dog/pet friendly with other pets outside their household.
A typical day
I always try to make sure that each dog is exercised during our walks both physically and mentally. I try to make sure each walk is engaging between the dog and I as well as allowing your dog to sniff, as this provides them with mental stimulation. I love to walk around the neighborhoods around the dog’s home as well as any special place within the neighborhood such as a lake or pond. If your dog is dog-friendly and if the pet parent okays it, I will capitalize on socialization opportunities if they are available but only if it’s safe and approved by the pet parent. If possible, I try and play with the dogs whether it’s a game of fetch or tug when they need that extra bit of exercise. I will always be sure to give them lots of attention and love.
