Pet care experience
I've grown up with Labrador Retreivers all of my life and my parents currently have two. When they are away, I house sit and take care of the dogs, including walking and feeding them, and giving them medicine.

Juliana took great care of my dog! She is great with dogs needing medication, supplements, with allergies, and other specific care needs. She's also super flexible and sent me pictures the whole time. My baby looked like he was having a great time. :)
Julianna was so sweet and responsive . We set up a time with her very last minute and she was quite accommodating . Her manner with our fog was very calm and gentle. Our dog was so well taken care of - we would absolutely book Julianna again .
Juliana was a great Rover sitter and will definitely be using her for the future. Her responses were very timely, flexible on pick up and drop off and had the perfect space to watch dogs big or small. She also sent pictures the entire time we were gone and updated us regularly. Thank you, Juliana!!
Juliana helped us out when our usual dog sitter had to bail last minute, and she was WONDERFUL! She was so quick and easy to communicate with, flexible with pick up/drop off, and sent us lots of pictures over the weekend. We will certainly use her again if need be!

I live in a clean and spacious duplex in the East Village (near Sty Town park and dog run!) - we have an upstairs, but can easily fence off the stairs if your pets are not comfortable with steps.

Please let me know if your dog doesn't get along with others, so I can be sure to avoid other dogs while going on walks. It would also be great to know if your dog has a tendency to eat normal household items (i.e., phone chargers, plants, books) so that I can provide the appropriate amount of supervision.
A typical day
I live 2 minutes from Sty town park, which is a great place to walk dogs and also has a dog run (if your dog likes to socialize with others). I am also near Union Square park which offers more space and another dog park!

Availability
I just finished my masters program at Columbia, and am now working full time remotely in my apartment with flexible hours (so I can cater to your dog’s walking schedule!). My boyfriend also lives with me and is often working from home as well, so your dog is sure to get lots of attention. I typically go on long walks and like to spend time at parks on the weekend, so plenty of opportunity for exercising and socializing your pup (if they’re up for it).
