I am a compassionate animal lover who used to rescue dogs deemed "unadoptable", obtain their medical care, if needed, socialize, love them and then find them the perfect forever home. Recently I have transitioned into providing dog boarding so you can get that needed vacation or break! I have three of my own dogs: Kahuna age 3 yrs, Liam 1 years and Misty 4 yrs. I have my own home with a doggie door to a large fenced in backyard designed with dogs in mind. I charge a higher price because I don't just throw your dog in the backyard, garage or leave it to fend for itself. I interact with it, care for its emotional and psychological well being, as well as any physical needs it may have. When I dog sit, I generally stay with the dog(s) the entire time except to run to the grocery store, if need be. If its during the weekdays, I work but the dogs have full run of the house and can use the doggie door to go to the yard to play and go potty. I watch them on the security cameras. I put on new age music for them and they have a automatic water bowl so they never go thirsty. Obviously we would have to introduce our dogs to make sure they are a good fit, but even so, my house is large enough that I could separate them if need be.
