Julia is very nice. We had her watch our two pugs. We asked they be at our home and be a main focus, as they are in our lives. Julia took them to her home multiple times, where she has a large dog. (she text us and told us she had taken them to her house). Very upsetting. We had discussed this and ended the discussion that they not go to her home due to not meeting the other dog. We advised her that one of our puppies was just finally potty trained with very minimal accidents. She needed to go out after meals. Our furbo caught our puppies multiple times peeing in the home. Also showed that she would feed and leave. Their food was fully prepped for am and pm feedings, the exact amount while we were gone. There were at least 4 days left over. So we are unsure what they ate. Our friend ended up picking them up and keeping them for the last few days after we found this out while out of the country. We were also informed that our dogs were rarely at our home. Though our dogs were not harmed, their care was not what we had asked for or agreed too. We are now absorbing the bill for carpet cleaning. Although this is not part of our dogs' care, there were feces in our toilet at least 4 days old. We had asked if she could just put our towels in the dryer, no need to fold or put away, they were still in the washer, 12 days. Our washer smelt like musty mold. To us, this was not showing she stayed at our home for the 12 days we were gone. As requested and agreed upon. Lastly, As we walked out the door for vacation, she informed us she would be working during her stay. We understand life and the need to go places and do things, but this was not told to us during the initial meet and greet (hiring). We just found this frustrating because it would have played a part in our decision making.

Loved having Julia stay with our 2 pups for 3 nights. Punctual, the girls loved her, great at communicating with us, cared for our home and dogs as if they were her own. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely hire her again. 😊
