I have had pets from as far back as I can remember. My love and appreciation for all animals grew throughout my life. I have always had dogs, cats, reptiles and pocket pets of all kinds. I am passionate about animal advocacy, as well as, animal rights and educating the public on the many issues. I plan to have my own shelter in the future. I currently have 2 rescue dogs, a german shorthair pointer and a chihuahua. I believe all animals deserve the best life we can give them. I have volunteered at several rescues over the years and have just begun working at a local rescue. I also work as a receptionist and technician at a local veterinary office. I get to build my knowledge of dogs everyday. I have experience with managing a range of behaviors from many breeds. I am patient and have a strong understanding of how to correct and work with dogs that may have specific difficulty with their behavior. I am a perfect fit for this job and hope to expand my experience in a new way working with dogs who need a trustworthy and compassionate person to help care for them.
