Hi I'm Jon! I have three 50+ lbs dogs that were all rescued from unfortunate circumstances who I like to say saved me instead of the other way around. Today they are thriving happy pups! I am a force-free dog trainer. In the past I ran a no kill shelter where I dealt with every type of dog imaginable; mixed breeds, purebreds, puppies, elderly, injured or ill, ferrel animals, heavily abused animals, abandoned animals, biters, anxious/nervous, aggressive, and that goes for cats as well! I am currently heavily involved with rescue and fostering as well. I have a vast amount of knowledge in dog behavior and interactions, along with force-free training and administering medications if needed. I can guarantee your pet will be safe, happy, and comfortable with me, and just as importantly, so will you :)

Jon is awesome!! I just used Jon for another visit and he was great. My cat loves to see Jon.
I just happened to find Rover as I was searching for an alternitive place for my cat as I traveled. I hate to leave my cat at pet hotels, because they basically get put in a crate. Cats our an afterthought at best. I found Rover which led me to Jon. Rover allowed for my cat to stay in his home as I traveled. Jon was incredible. He came twice a day. Made sure my cat was feed twice a day, fresh water everyday and cleaned his litter box out daily. Jon would hang out and play with Jax too. Jon sent me updates on each visit along with pic's. He even vacumed for me!! Jon is fantastic. Will continue to use Rover and always look for Jon first! Great experience.
Jon is an excellent pet sitter. Our pet has several medical issues and must receive eye drops and a snack at specific times during the day. Jon was on time and took Goldie on a good walk around the neighborhood. He sent us a detailed Rover card with EXACT details of the drop in visit. We'll use him a lot in the future.
COMPLETE LIFE SAVER! I truly can not say enough about Jon and the service that he provided. It was beyond exceptional and he exceeded my expectations. Everything that I had instructed and needed to get done, he completed and kept me updated promptly. I could tell he was passionate and loving towards my pups, and made sure they were cared for. A typical day
Where ever you or your dog prefers! Parks, hikes, adventures are welcomed and encouraged. If your dog or car prefers to chill and cuddle, not an issue. If you have a dog that needs to be alone or have quiet time, that’s is also an option. Every pet can have specific needs, and I believe we can work to meet them all.
