As a pet owner, you probably already know that dogs are pretty amazing creatures. They are constant, faithful companions who are protective, forgiving, compassionate, and always your biggest fan. For all they give, they ask for so little in return--some tasty food, a comfy place to sleep, fresh air, and maybe some well deserved belly rubs. While I can wax poetic about my love of dogs for daaaays, let's not forget kitties! Sometimes they get a bad rap for being "aloof", but they often offer all the comforts and joys that dogs do, they are just a bit more selective on who they choose to show their affection to. And (!!) man, it feels great when they choose you, am I right?! My personal pet care philosophy is based on patience, positive reinforcement for good behavior, and plenty of good old-fashioned exercise. A tired dog is a happy dog. I love a good game of fetch, long walks through crunchy leaves, and a fun puppy play dates at the local dog park.
