Jill was such a great caretaker for our elderly Husky while we were gone. Everything was easy from dropping Mia off to picking her up. Jill sent plenty of updates and pictures while we were gone. We were able to spend our vacation at ease knowing our dog was being well taken care of. Most importantly, Mia was happy while we were away. We will be using Jill’s services again in the future and will recommend to all of our friends looking for boarding services!

Our Lucy, 1 yr. old Golden Retriever, had a wonderful Spring Break vacation at Jill’s. This was Lucy’s first time away from her family and I could not be more pleased by the level of love and care she received. From the outset, Jill exceeded my expectations. She took time from her schedule, with only a couple of hours notice after a previous scheduled sitter canceled, for a meet and greet before Lucy’s stay. She showed us around her home and introduced Lucy to her furry family. During Lucy’s stay I received daily communication of the days events and pictures that made it very clear that Lucy was a very happy girl. Since this was Lucy’s first stay away from family, Jill was already prepared for any separation stress/anxiety that she might experience. When Lucy decided not to eat the first day, Jill was ready with a solution which worked beautifully. Jill again exceeded expectations when I picked up Lucy to find that her coat had been lovingly brushed and cared for. She even found a spot behind Lucy’s ear where her hair had matted, likely after I bathed her before her stay, which allowed me to address it right away. If you have a dog with longer hair, you can fully appreciate the importance of this. She even carried Lucy’s things to the car upon pick up. She is AMAZING! Lucy was so loved, cared for and happy at Jill’s that I would NEVER hesitate to leave her there again. If you are fortunate enough to find an opening at Jill’s for your best friend, book her! You and yours will be so thankful that you did.
