I booked Jeyan because of availability and her description seemed like she enjoyed spending time and interacting with pets. I found, however, that I don't think Jeyan actually spent very time with my dog Pebbles. In fact, it seemed like it was her brother Patrick that did all the Rover-ing. Not sure if Jeyan just gave her account to her brother for our stay, but it would have been nice to know maybe in their profile that it could be one or the other or both sitters. Patrick does get stars for being communicative, he sent daily photos. But I have to see that the quality of photos and texts were disappointing, always of Pebbles from behind, blurry, eating sleeping, even a few of her doing her business. I never saw photos of an interaction with Jeyan or Patrick, no photos of her face that you would expect from someone watching and caring for your dog like they like animals. It's hard to describe but if you are a pet owner, you will understand that you just know when someone is an animal lover vs someone who might be just simply dog sitting - feeding and letting the dog in the yard to roam. Was Pebbles fine when I picked her up? Definitely! Would I book Jeyan/Patrick again? No, this is just business for them and there is no joy in booking them.

We had a good experience with Jeyan! She was kind, gentle, and caring to our Laika. Laika liked her and her place right away. Highly recommend.
