I've been around dogs my whole life, but finally found my own buddy 8 years ago through a rescue in Colorado. Since then, I have been fostering pups before they find their furever homes. I have met a wide variety and feel comfortable working with any dog. I love being apart of a new chapter in the rescue dogs life. My husband and I are new to the area. We moved out so that I could go to grad school for occupational therapy, but my schedule is still flexible and varies. We have been enjoying adventuring around town and are learning the ropes. Our buddy, Dex, is adapting to the sand instead of the snow, and although he gets a little over heated, he loves jumping into the waves and laying in the shallows to keep cool.
