I have had pets my whole life. I’ve been dog sitting for the past 8 years now. It was in my home town before I moved to Albany. I used to volunteer at a humane society where I provided a number of different tasks. I’ve cared for animals with behavioral issues, medical issues, all sizes and ages. I’ve have sat with animals that had a tight regimen of medications. I have also taken care of reptiles and fish. I don’t mind any length walk. I used to walk dogs for at least an hour. Something that’s a little different is that I was a lifeguard for 5 years, and EMT for a year now, and I plan to pursue medicine. So I’m good at handing emergency situations and trying to deescalate situations.
