Pet care experience
I've always had dogs growing up and enjoy their companionship and energy. For the past seven years, my husband, Skylar, and I shared our home with our four-legged kid named Shoy. We adopted him at about six-weeks old from the Atlanta Humane Society. Shoy was friendly and energetic, loved to play, take walks, and snuggle with his mom. We lost Shoy to GI cancer in October 2019 and miss him dearly. In January 2020, we adopted a new puppy named Leia. She's still growing and learning, but loves all the new friends she meets through Rover! We have a spacious home with a deck, as well as a fully fenced in yard, perfect for sun bathing, running and playing fetch. Your canine companion will love it here! Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover as long as I can remember! Growing up, I had several dogs named Muffy (or so my parents tell me) and a Pikengese Chihuahua mix named Erica. My grandparents also had several large dogs that I helped to feed and care for. My husband Skylar and I have been dog sitting with Rover since 2014. About my yard Our backyard is spacious and fully fenced in. There is plenty of space dogs to run and play. (The previous owners had 6 dogs!) Most of the yard is gently sloped and grassy.
Reviews
JeLlana was wonderful and I appreciated the clear communication. Our dog came home happy and tired, the true signs of a good time :)
This is our first time having our dogs stay with JeLlana and Georgia and Luna had a blast. They came back so happy and worn out. They slept like champs. Georgia and Luna will definitely be back!
👍🏻
They are wonderful!!

Information JeLlana C. would like to know about your pet
We do not have breed preferences or restrictions. We would like to know of any behavioral issues, particularly aggressive behavior. It's also helpful to know of any quirks, illnesses, injuries, allergies, etc.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks We live in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of other dogs. Our street is a dead-end street, as well as the one behind us, so there is little traffic. For longer walks, there is a small park nearby with wooded trails. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog can sleep wherever they are comfortable, be it in a crate, a spare bedroom, or other room of the house. Pet parents are welcome to bring your pup's bed so that your pet feels most at home. If your dog is crate trained, we do also utilize crates for sleeping and when we are not at home to supervise. Time I'll spend with your dog On weekdays, I would see your dog in the morning prior to work and after work in the evening. My husband, Skylar, works from home, so your dog would rarely be alone for more than a couple of hours per day. On the weekends, we would be with your dog just about all the time.
