Pet care experience
I have fostered and volunteered for a dog rescue for 6 years and have experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments When I fostered dogs, I was able to train them to understand basic commands (sit, lay down, stay, etc.) as well as devote time and give them love and attention. A lot of my fosters were off of the street didn't have a basic understanding of what is a home and it was exciting to watch them grow physically and emotionally. Love the company of animals! I love taking them out for walks, playing with them for hours, taking them to the dog park or just relaxing on the couch. I currently do not have any pets so your furry friend will have all of my attention.

Jay is a great sitter! He and Scandal got along wonderfully, he was super communicative while I was out of town and sent daily updates with photos of my boy. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a sitter and will definitely use his services again in the future!

My wife and I met Jay as volunteers for a dog rescue group in 2015. Jay started out working adoption events where he transported dogs to/from boarding, performed setup/cleanup, watered and walked dogs, and showed dogs to potential adopters. He began to foster rescues soon after, which included some with special needs (not to mention he would take more than one at a time) not including those he adopted. He took such great care of them all that we could never remember which dogs were his and which were the fosters. Jay is a terrific and responsible person that we would trust to take care of any of our own dogs. We highly recommend him.
