Jasmine was great ! We had a last minute cancellation and Jasmine stepped right in to watch our pupperonies. She followed instructions well and kept us up to date every time we checked in. Our flight was cancelled and she accommodated without any issues. Would definitely keep her in our books for another stay in the future.
