Pet care experience
My passion for animals started as a child, with plenty of exposure to my family's dogs and cats. I found myself pursuing a future in the animal careers, starting with a Major in Animal Science at Rutgers and closely working with the Rutgers farm. There is where I solidified my love for animals, providing farm animals with the best life I could. Animal welfare and husbandry is my top priority. Soon after I become involved within the pet industry as a dog groomer. There my love for dogs flourished and I became very familiar with all the different kinds of breeds, behaviors, and temperaments. I have a profound amount of patience for any age of dog/cat, from bouncy puppies and kittens, to laid back or grouchy seniors. As a pet owner, whenever I was entrusted with their companion I knew that it wasn't an easy thing to do and I always made sure to provide their pet with a very loving experience.

Janice is amazing and everything you look for in a pet sitter. She is responsible, an animal lover and communicative. Pika (my cat) stays with Janice for months and he enjoys it. He made friends with her pets and he feels at home with Janice. There is no one better to take care of your love ones. She follows any instructions exactly as given and I never had any issues. I highly recommend and I’m constantly using her services.
Janice is wonderful with animals! She’s taken care of everything from cats and dogs to Guinea pigs and fish. She has taken care of my mini Aussie, Louie. He is wild and full of puppy energy, but she was more than amazing helping to take care of him, train him, and take him on walks. I know she also has even more experience with cats. She loves all animals and would make any animal happy and comfortable.
Janice has helped me with my dog plenty of times before. I have an Australian cattle dog who is pretty nervous, and Janice has both dog sat and walked her around a busy neighborhood without any trouble. Whenever I need help with my dog, Janice is the first person I ask. It’s clear that she cares a lot about my dog and she knows how to make sure she is both healthy and having fun.
Janice watched my 85lb pitty and my 10lb chihuahua in two occasions when I had a concert to go to and an appt to go to. She took them to the dog park and cared for them. She is very caring and sweet with my boys and I would trust her again and again to watch them.

I will have a small list of questions to ask about the dogs/cats health background to ensure that I can provide the best care I can.

if your dog has any allergies, or any important medical conditions that is something that I will need to be notified about prior to any engagement with your pet. As well as any physical or mental disabilities that is present within your pet is very valuable information to me. Knowing all of this about your companions is vital for me to provide the proper care for.
A typical day
Its very important to make sure your pet has a positive experience with walking. If possible I like to walk to parks and change their scenery every now and then. I like to mentally stimulate them with active training and practicing their obedience.

Availability
My current work schedule is flexible. I work from home and can dedicate time during the weekdays for pet care. There are days where I might not be available but I can take that on a case to case basis. After 4:30pm during weekdays are best and I am fully available on weekends.
