Pet care experience
I am a resident of Maryville, Illinois and member of Pet Sitters International. Delivering quality care to your pet is just as important as the care I give to my own cats. I understand the love people have for their pets. Pets are family. I have professionally cared for pets since October 2018. I have completed Pet First Aid certification. I have administered insulin, oral medication and topical medications to pets. I am sometimes referred to as a cat whisperer. My prices reflect visits within a 15-minute drive of my home which is all of Maryville and some of Troy, Collinsville and Glen Carbon. If you are located further away, the cost of services will be increased.

Wife and I had a good vibe in our first meeting with Janice. She’s very detail oriented and asked some questions that I hadn’t even considered. Janice went above and beyond looking after our cats, including a temperamental senior cat with medication requirements. We also have a kitten that just reached his adolescent phase and can be a handful. Our cats took an immediate liking to her that was obvious from her daily report cards, which were very detailed. We plan on making Janice our go-to in the future for our worry-free trips.

I provide pet sitting services in my client's homes with love and patience. I schedule a meet and greet about a week prior to the start of services so that we can all get to know one another. We can go over where medications, pet food, litter and boxes are kept. I engage the pets in my care with their toys, owner-approved treats as well as all the attention and love they want.

A typical day
Cats and rabbits get as much attention as they desire. I provide food and clean water. I administer any medication at this point as directed by the client. I scoop the litter boxes. Then we play, cuddle or train depending on your goals.

Availability
I provide cat care in the mornings and evenings before and after work Monday through Sunday. Earliest appointments begin at 7 a.m. and the latest end at 9 p.m.
