Pet care experience
Hi I'm Jamie! I am an experienced dog owner and currently have 2 male golden retrievers. While I am the primary caregiver for each dog in the home, my husband Connor is here to assist! Zeus and I are proud to be a certified therapy dog team with Hand in Paw. We have been fostering dogs for 3+ years and have welcomed more than 40 dogs into our home. We would love to welcome your pet next!

I have a fenced in yard, a quiet and safe gated neighborhood and two loving male goldens ages 3 and 9. They are both neutered and have been around many foster siblings. Our furniture is dog friendly. I also have experience in crate training and have a crate available for your pup's use. I am very experienced in dog-on-dog introductions through my foster work.

A typical day
We walk twice daily around our quiet and safe neighborhood! On the weekends, we hit Cahaba Beach Dog Park and Veterans Park. I have tons of toys, bones, and enrichment activities! I have a large crate available if your pup needs to use it.

Availability
Connor and I work full time on a hybrid schedule. One of us is home Wednesdays to Fridays. I'm able to provide dog boarding 7 days a week and drop-ins and walks on Wed, Fri, Sat, and Sun. My dog sitter comes by on Mondays and Tuesdays to let the dogs out during lunch! We walk our dogs in the morning and evening and are glad to include your pup if he/she likes to walk. Please bring any harness or collar they might need. We have lots of toys, treats, beds, and love to give!
