Hi there! My name is Jaime and I am a working professional with many years' experience sitting for both single and multiple dog households. I also really enjoy sitting for dog and cat households. As of January 2023, I have availability to add new pet households to my current list of clientele. It is my mission as a sitter to adhere to your pet's most familiar and comforting daily routines. My job requires me to be in the office 8:00-4:30 Mondays-Fridays, so my in-home sitting service is best suited for dogs and cats who are accustomed to being alone during the work day. During mornings, evenings, and weekends, your pup and I will enjoy long walks together, fetch in the yard, and plenty of snuggles! I'll be sure to send you thoughtful picture updates of our pup-adventures. Lastly, as an in-home sitter, I make every effort to respect your home. Jamie is very communicative and professional from start to finish. My husband and I were very anxious to have a house sitter for the very first time. We have never left our 3 dachshunds with someone we don’t know before. But Jamie responded shortly after my inquiry and set-up a meet-and-greet a few days later. My dogs immediately connected with her! Jamie had no problem taking care of my oldest who needs daily oral medication and my 1 yr old puppy who is still a little naughty. She sent us pictures often and we were relieved to see our girls having a good time with Jamie. She has won our business over for the long term!
This was our third time having Jaime sit for us and, as always, she was wonderful with our mini doxie, Winnie. We received great updates to assure us Win was having fun while we were away. Extremely caring and professional sitter- a joy to work with!
We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jamie. We had a four month old pup that we were nervous to leave but Jamie quickly put us at ease. She agreed to meet well before the scheduled sitting to learn more about Wendel and make sure it was a good fit. While we were away we received updates with pictures and videos. Our puppy did get stomach sick while we were away and Jamie took EXCEPTIONAL care of him!!! She gave us detailed updates about how he was doing, she offered to go to the store and purchase items to settle his stomach, and she thoroughly cleaned up the apartment after he was sick! Jamie even messaged us to check in on him after we got back. We would highly recommend her!
Jaime was just terrific in every way possible, going above and beyond our expectations as a sitter. This was our first overnight trip away from our mini dachshund, Winnie, and we were a little anxious about leaving her for 9 full days! We couldn’t have asked for a better, or more trustworthy, caregiver than Jaime. From our first interaction, she was the utmost professional. An excellent communicator, she kept us posted with not only daily photos and texts, but videos, setting our minds at ease that Winnie was having an awesome time with her new buddy while we were away. Winnie has some silly (perhaps annoying, to some!) quirks and Jaime was unfazed by them. Jaime was also an amazing house guest! When we arrived home, it was as if no one had been there at all. We recommend her most highly! Can’t thank you enough for taking care of Winnie as if she were your own!

Meet & Greets are a great time to discuss important information about your pets. I like to know feeding routine, potty habits, and how your pet might respond to varying stimuli on a walk (e.g., if we pass by a family with small children). In addition to discussing at a Meet & Greet, I am grateful when this information is also written out so that I can continue to refer to care-related information during my stay. I balance a clientele of approximately 3-5 households throughout the year so clear, accessible care-related information is very helpful!
A typical day
While sitting, I do my best to adhere to your pets typical routines (e.g., playing in the back yard and walks around the neighborhood). Once your dog(s) and I have formed a trusting bond, there are occasions that I really enjoy visiting nearby hiking trails such as Raccoon Creek and Tom’s Run Nature Reserve.
