Just created an Instagram to document my lovely furry (and non furry) clients! @sitandstaynj Hiya! I'm Jacqui and I'm a 27 year old gamer/esthetician student. I have 5 fur babies and one skin baby — haha I lost my dog-walking job for a local company due to covid. I own a German Shepherd, an Australian Shepherd and I own 3 (indoor) cats. I've owned several smaller (exotic to the average person) pets like ferrets, rats, turtles etc. I have cared for seniors, puppies/kittens, anxious/aggressive, exotic birds, special needs and chronically ill animals. I'm experienced in dogs and breeds of all sizes! Let me know of any commands or training you want me to reenforce while I care for your pets. I will emotionally bond with any animals so I'm confident I can care for your pet and ease the stress of their owner being away!

I am beyond comfortable having Jacqui come to my home and take care of my cat. She is always very professional and does an excellent job.
Jacqui always takes amazing care of my cat and sends lots of update photos. Jacqui has watched my cat multiple times and my cat has become very comfortable with her! She is also great giving medicine to my cat if needed.
Highly recommend using Jacqui as a dog sitter! She has a lot of experience working with all types of dogs and kept our wedding weekend stress free as she cared so well for our lab! Goes above and beyond.. brought in our mail, washed water and food bowl and sends pics and videos as updates.

I am very neat and organized so I will pay close attention to your home. I also will leave notes or texts (whichever is preferred based on the day’s visit) I follow all lockbox rules (key always goes back into the lockbox after the door is locked) I will wipe down surfaces, floors or anything the pets have soiled. I wash clean and dry pet bowls. Fresh water every visit. They will get a treat each visit if allowed.

I would like to know if the dog has social problems or aggression so I can gauge the animal's level of comfort before inviting myself into their world.
A typical day
I will walk through the neighborhood you live in, unless your dog likes car rides.. Then we can take a trip to a new (local) neighborhood for them to explore! I love parks/nature walks so we will be in the sun! I will bring treats and toys so the pup will have plenty of stimulation while in my care!
