I am a doctoral student at Northwest University. For as long as I can remember, I have always had a dog in my life. Currently, I own an adorable pug, boston terrier mix. His name is Jaxon and he is 6 years old. He was my first official dog, as all the previous dogs in my life were “family” dogs. When I lived in Utah briefly for college, I worked for a puppy adoption and delivery agency. We took puppies from unexpected litters, and homes that could no longer take care of them and helped find their forever homes. This opportunity has given me extensive experience caring for puppies. Like I did with the pups I worked with in the past, when caring for your dog I would take them to dog parks, on walks or hikes, cuddle with and love them! I would do my very best to keep your dog’s routine the same – it’ll be as if you never left! I am a firm believer that dogs are not just pets, but a member of the family.
