Let us know if your dog has any special requirements or behaviours that we can account for. We’ll try our best to accommodate anything, no matter how big or small the request! If you could let us know the important things such as food amounts/timings, sleeping arrangements and also walking times/distances, this will make our lives much easier and allow us to provide the best care possible! There may be short amounts of time where we may need to pop to the shops, or run a quick errand that we just can’t bring your little one with us for - so if you could let us know if your dog has separation anxiety or any issues with being alone that’d be great. We monitor all dogs via a camera when they are alone, whether that be when we nip to the shops or if your little one is fast asleep in another room - just to make sure that they’re safe and sound! We’re always available to have a quick meet and greet before any bookings. This allows us to ensure that your pet is in familiar surroundings and also provided the opportunity to ask any questions you may have (as well as giving us the opportunity to ask some too). We'll play with some toys, check out all the new smells around Ancoats and New Islington, and explore the marina - we might even take a trip to a nearby park to let off some steam! We’ll make sure that there are lots of cuddles and an equal amount of belly rubs when we’re not out exploring, and we might even throw in a treat or two (or more, who knows)! We make sure to send lots of pictures and updates to you during bookings, so that you know that your pooch is having lots of fun during their time with us!
