I am a happily married RN who works at a local hospital. I usually work three days a week and am home the other days all day long. I spend my days with our almost four-year-old rescued cat, Jon Snow, and our six-month-old Australian Shepherd puppy, Arya. Our house is on 0.5 acres of land and there is plenty of room for running around the yard. Our neighborhood is quiet with minimal traffic, but I always supervise dogs when outside. We also have a tie-out that we can use, again, with supervision. Inside, our pets always have access to water and their food at mealtimes. Our living room has a baby gate to keep our puppy in, and is puppy proofed. We have a wide variety of toys in a bin that your pup could choose to play with. If you would like, I can also practice training skills with your dog. Arya is very close to getting her novice trick dog title and canine good citizen title. In addition, I also have experience giving oral medications to both dogs and cats. Outside, we love to take long walks and hikes. I am always looking to enrich my pets’ lives. Arya loves to swim in creeks and at the indoor dog pool. She also enjoys playtime with others and would be happy to tag along on walks or visits if you are interested. She also loves the baby pool that is on our deck for wading in and sniffing out treats. We also use snuffle mats and puzzle feeders to always keep her mind engaged. We do not have any children yet, so all of my focus is into giving my pets 120%, and I would happily do the same with yours!
