It takes a village!

Pet care experience

I have 8 years of professional experience caring for cats and dogs of all sizes, ages, energy levels and temperament. Including those needing specialized diets, mobility accommodations and medication (oral, topical and insulin injections). I’ve been a dog walker and pet care provider on Rover for over 3 years as well as five years in the shelter environment as a kennel attendant and adoption counselor, and a year spent at a daycare/boarding and training facility.

Safety, trust & environment

I am a very active person who enjoys getting outside for walks, jogs and playtime (in your yard and/or surrounding areas). Let me know if high energy management is the goal as we can discuss the best care plan for your pup!

Information Hannah O. would like to know about your pet

Let me know if your dog has any existing physical injuries or limited mobility that I should be aware of. Additionally, if your dog is nervous around new people, other dogs or if they have specific ways they’re comfortable interacting (they all have their quirks!) that will help us both in the long run!

A typical day

I believe that mental stimulation is so important for energy levels, just as much as physical exercise in some cases. It’s important to get them out smelling new scents, solving puzzles, and/or practicing basic obedience to keep them mentally busy. These can be good alternatives for dogs that might not be physically able to go for as much exercise. Likewise, if your pup loves fetch, walking, swimming or just a good snuggle, I’m more than happy to incorporate those into their routine as well!
