I have ten years of experience volunteering in a shelter (feeding, walking, cleaning, giving medications, socialization, kennel management), as well as experience being a paid kennel shift lead/technician. I've had dogs my whole life and have always been enthusiastic about taking care of them and training them. My personal dog is a yellow lab I adopted before starting college who trains in dock diving and scent detection. My education is in wildlife ecology and management and I have volunteered working in the rehab sector of a raptor center.

Hannah is wonderful! She is reliable and responsible, and we entrusted her to help care for and walk the many pups at our rescue facility for years. Dogs are part of the family, and I'm super selective about leaving them in the hands of someone else. Hannah is among the few people who give me peace of mind. She's fantastic!!
My husband and I retired after working as chemists for 30+ years. We then began volunteering at the Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) in Mobile, AL., where we met Hannah who was already a volunteer. We worked with Hannah on the same kennel duty shift every week for more than 5 years. We were part of a 4 person team that cared for as many as 80 dogs and cats. Hannah had numerous responsibilities, including feeding, walking, and administering medication to the animals, as well as providing them with much needed love and attention. The experience Hannah received at ARF provided her with a wealth of knowledge, particularly in how to handle difficult behavioral and medical situations. Hannah is an extremely conscientious person, who has the ability to remain calm and make good, quick decisions during difficult situations. Hannah is very self motivated and has a strong desire to learn. I can't say enough good things about Hannah. She is a true animal lover. She is a reliable, honest, and compassionate person, and I would trust her with my dogs and cats anytime.
Hannah is one of the most responsible pet owners/ pet caregivers I know. She has volunteered alongside me for 10 years at Animal Rescue foundation Mobile. She has been around every type of dog, and understands that every pet may have their own unique circumstances in regards to people, other pets, environments, etc. She is great with high energy dogs, elderly disabled dogs, nervous dogs.......she's worked with so many different dogs and is so loving to all of them. She's helped to foster and train puppies and adult dogs. I trust her fully with all aspects of care: feeding, walking, giving meds. If a dog is not good around other animals, she knows all the proper precautions to take for their safety. I trust Hannah more than anyone else, to take care of my pets. She is always on time, and all of her attention will be devoted to their care. I can promise, you will not regret choosing Hannah to care for your pets!

Working part-time which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule during the week, giving plenty of time for me to fit in some play time with your pups! Available from 9am to 4:30pm throughout the week days.
