There's always something to learn from our pets! They all have individual needs, and I can help with whatever they require to make your life easier. Whether your pet needs to be walked, or just someone to come hang out and take them out for bathroom breaks, I'm your gal. I grew up with needy dogs and my family trains seeing eye dogs. I now am a loving cat owner and learning a lot from him about cat needs. I am a Jacksonville native and I love finding local parks and paths. When pets are unable to leave the house I can give them the attention that they need. I can play fetch in the backyard for hours, and hung out with cats and a string just as long.

I grew up with a Labrador retriever in the house at all times. They are smart pups with tons of energy, but love to lounge. I regularly walk and pup-sit for my mom’s yellow lab. My wife and I have three cats with very different personalities. We adopted Fenrir in 2018, Molly in 2019, and Narcissa in 2020. I’m relatively new to kitties but love getting to know each lil cat’s wants and needs.

I do not have any breed or species preferences. However, I like to know how much activity your pet can handle, and any favorite toys/games.
A typical day
I love walking down to the St. John’s River, or finding local parks. For pets that need to stay closer to home, I find ways to keep them engaged so they’ll expel some of that energy! I’ve been helping out with a chocolate Lab puppy since she came home to her family at 14 weeks. She’s nearly 1 year old now - we walk for about 25 min, rest/hydrate for 5 min, play fetch and tug of war for 15-20 min, rest/hydrate for 5 min, and train for 10 min.

Availability
I work remotely and have plenty of flexibility in my schedule throughout the week. Rover is a great excuse for me to get out for some fresh air and visit your furry friend!
