The Pampered Pooch
Pet care experience
My 5 years of experience come from: taking care of my childhood dog; taking care of my friends dogs; and more than 2 years of taking care of dogs through Rover.com. My multiple 5-star reviews from repeat clients attest to my love for dogs, communication skills, and satisfaction with my services. I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't love dogs.
Reviews
When we see Sid greet Greg with a big smile and tail wag, we know he is in great care for their time together!
Sid loves his days with Greg!
Greg is a kind, consistent caregiver for all the dogs he takes in…highly recommend him!
Greg was great with our dog, Ellie. He sent regular updates and took her out for sniffs at a nearby park. She came home tired and happy :) he was also flexible when we were unexpectedly running late picking Ellie up. Thank you, Greg!

I think it's best to use positive reinforcement when taking care of and traing a dog or dogs. I work from home so I can give your dog or dogs (house-sitting) all the comfort and attention they want or can be near me if have separation anxiety. They will be fed according to the owner's instructions. They will get daily walks where they will have the time to smell all the smells they want and mark where they want. Relieve any extra stress from missing their owner/family and if boarding with me missing their familiar home too.

Information Greg K. would like to know about your pet
Do they try to bolt out the front door if opened even a little? Like drives in a car? If I'm boarding a dog I prefer they not to bark much since I live in an apartment. I try not to disturb my neighbors. It's okay if the dog starts to bark, in my apartment, at noises from outside as long as I tell him or her to stop barking and he or she does or settles down after the noise or noises are gone. I don't take dogs that have kennel cough. If you made it this far thanks for reading this far :). As a side note, Rover takes a 20% cut so I don't get the full amount I charge.
A typical day
I live near McCollum Park (in Mill Creek) and this is a great place for dogs to safely get the exercise they need and to be healthy and sniff all the different smells a park has to offer a dog. It has Lots of open spaces and woods to explore and is rarely crowded. If they like lots of chest rubs. Lots of attention and petting if they like. Rubs behind the ears if they like. Sometimes trips to other parks besides McCollum Park. If they like: tug-of-war, fetch (inside or outside if in a fenced area), chase (inside or outside if in a fenced area), and watch TV if they like.

For many years, I have watched and subscribed to YouTube videos of dog rescues and owners taking care of their dog or dogs (Girl with the Dogs, Hope for Paws, SuperCooper, Rover's Makeover, and more) and on cable TV (Dog Whisperer). I have found them to be entertaining and informational about caring for a dog, different dog personalities, and types of training.
