Pet care experience
My name is Grayson, I am 18 years old, and I have a huge love and interest in animals! I live with my roommate Max, my german shepherd mix Louie and our 2 clicker-trained cats, Mason and Cowboy! I volunteer twice a week as a dog walker at the Connecticut Humane Society in Waterford and I have 100+ hours of experience there. I have a passion for dog training and I can work with dogs who aren't so friendly or confident. I am also just as interested in other animals such as bunnies, chickens, sheep, cattle, etc! I am willing to drive 30-40 minutes. I will work hard each visit to make sure your animals are happy and fulfilled! I will give you plenty of picture updates! I love hiking with dogs, training, walking, playing in the yard or just chilling if your pup needs his daily cuddle!

Over the holidays I hired Gray to look after my 3 cats and 2 ferrets. Gray visited twice a day, fed, watered, scooped the boxes and pplayed with all my furrballs. I am extremely pleased with the level of care and attention my pets received while I was away. Highly reccomend Gray for your pet sitter needs.

I love all breeds but have a soft spot for hounds and gun dogs and also little dogs!! I would like to know if your pup has any allergies or special needs and what his favorite activities are!!
A typical day
We can just go for a walk in your neighborhood or we can go on quiet hikes! I know lots of low traffic hiking spots where me and your pup will not be bothered. My dog is fear reactive so I'm always finding quiet, safe places to walk him. This is places such as the TriTown Preserve in North Stonington, Zemko Sawmill trail in Salem, and the Mukluk trails in Sprague. I also have access to a private fenced in yard! I also love playing tug and fetch! If you'd like, I could experiment with training using positive reinforcement methods!
