Giselle always does an awesome job caring for our dog. She was also flexible with the agreed pickup and drop off time slots. We will continue to use her exclusively as our sitter on Rover.

Let me first say Giselle was very sweet when we met and came by the house quickly after booking as I was in a rush to find a replacement house sitter for my 2 dogs which is why I gave her 2 stars. However, when it came time to care for my fur babies, I was disappointed. I paid for 4 days of house sitting and what I got were some quick drop in visits, except for 1 2hour stay. My dogs were left alone for hours on end and my doggie door was left open at night for my dogs to go in and out all night (fortunately no wildlife came in). There was minimum communication unless I text her asking a question.
