Pet care experience
I live in a spacious two-story townhouse in the Montrose area, surrounded by quiet streets and friendly neighbors with pets. My home features hardwood floors throughout, an abundance of natural light coming into the home, as well as a large outdoor area with high fences that is very private and secure. I keep a tidy and clean home that is pet friendly, and my location gives me access to dog friendly parks within walking distance. I am also within walking distance of PetSmart and Petco, as well as Banfield Animal hospital in case of emergencies. I am just down the street from Lanier Middle School, which has a large play field. The closest dog park is Ervan Chew Park, with Menil Park, and Mandell Park near by as well. Since I am a stock trader, I work from home, which allows me to give your pet the added attention he needs while you are away. On any given day I am available to walk your dog multiple times if necessary.

Fernando was very accommodating and watched our dog Maggie for a few days on short notice. Fernando inquired about her feeding, bathroom, and sleeping schedules, and again was accommodating to her habits. She seemed like she had a fine time at his nice home in Montrose. Thanks again, Fernando.
Fernando was awesome to communicate with and kept our dog an extra night without much warning. Our dog wasn't overly anxious upon pickup which was great because he is an anxious dog. It seemed all went well and we will be using Fernando again :)
We had never used Rover.com before but it seemed the ideal solution when our friends who normally look after our pup Tex were unable this time around. Fernando turned out to be the perfect sitter for Tex. From the outset, communication was swift and easy and Fernando was flexible re meet and greet and drop off/pick up times. He has a great house and yard for dogs and works from home so can spend lots of time with your pet. This very much appealed to us as Tex is used to company much of the day. Fernando was excellent with text and photo updates during our week away and when we picked up Tex he was happy and healthy and had clearly had a wonderful time! Fernando has a great rapport with dogs and if you are in need of a sitter I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
Fernando is organized, responsible, and he sent me picture updates on Mason. The location is fantastic. Mason chewed his bowls and Fernando was nice enough to give up some of his own utensils. I was late in picking him up and Fernando was very understanding about it. Thank you very much.

I have no breed preferences, but I definitely prefer a dog that is house trained and has no habits of chewing furniture, etc. Crate trained pets are fine and the pet must be up to date on his vaccinations.

The closest dog park is Ervan Chew Park, with Menil Park, and Mandell Park near by as well. Your dog's sleeping arrangement I try to keep the sleeping arrangements in line with the pet owner. The pet is welcome to sleep in his own bed or crate, or he is welcome in my bed as well. Time I'll spend with your dog I am a stock trader, therefore I work from home and spend a large part of my time watching the markets, reading and working out. I have a lot of down time, so there are plenty of opportunities for long and short walks as well as play time at the park. Typically I rarely leave home during the week, except for running errands, which I can walk to most of time and would take the pet with me.
