Pet care experience
I’ve had pets ever since I was born & I currently own a 12 year old cockerpoo that would love some company! I work full time from home so I’m out walking every day and would love to help others. I have a garden which is accessible via a dog flap & I live next door to large common. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, leashed walks & I frequently look after pets on behalf of others. I currently go out for walks before work, during lunch time & sometimes after depending on energy levels - both mine and the dogs! I’m very flexible so I’d be more than happy to amend my schedule per your dogs schedule. My house is inherently dog friendly after growing up with a chaotic cockerpoo & Labrador. We have a fenced garden that is accessible via a dog flap. I have a crate if required and dogs are welcome on the furniture. I absolutely adore dogs and would be sure to show them a great deal of love 💗 I will be sure to share pictures of your dogs adventure with you throughout the day. If you have any issues with your dog being featured on this please let me know in advance!

Evelyn did an amazing job of looking after my puppy for the day when I had to work- she sent lots of pics throughout the day and Nellie had the best time ? so understanding and experienced with puppies- will absolutely be booking again ☺️
My 2 year old Cockapoo stayed with Evelyn for a few nights and days while I was on holiday. She was thoroughly spoilt and Evelyn took great care of her, even bathing her after a particularly muddy walk! This was the first time she had been left for a few days and she really enjoyed her own little holiday. I would recommend Evelyn, she is reliable, accommadating and dog crazy 😊 Gill x

A typical day
We wake around 7am with breakfast and a wee in the garden! If a dog has been dropped around for a day dog we shall keep both mine and the new dog separate then my partner and I will take a walk to introduce the two in a neutral environment. Then, we’ll head home after the morning walk and get settled in for the day. I work in the front room of the house which has also become the “dogs room” so they tend to cozy up there and have a nap until it’s lunchtime. At lunch we’ll head for a longer walk around Riddlesdown Common, making sure to head into the woods and disrupt some squirrels! Your dog will remain leased on an extendable leash so that they can explore freely with our reassurance. After this walk we have some lunch and settle in for the afternoon and they can freely head into the garden if they need to take care of any business. After work, if needed, we head for another walk on the common & use up the last bit of energy in time for pick up.

I work full time from home & have my own dog. I’m frequently out on walks on the common next to my house & can provide a peaceful environment during my working hours filled with cuddles and naps!
