I have lived with a dog (and many other types of pets) my entire life. I find so much joy in animals. I feel very confident being around dogs/cats and really understand their behaviors. I love that rover has been invented because your babes deserve to have love and attention while you’re away and they’re missing you. I have experience caring for ALL types of animals: dogs, cats, horses, birds, reptiles, fish, hamsters, rabbits, even chinchillas. I absolutely cherish getting a pet to love me, sometimes it’s through long walks and playing, other times it’s because of endless pets and cuddling. I am comfortable with any type of dog and I am also comfortable administering any type of medication they may need. I can’t wait to get the chance to meet your sweet animals and get to know them. You’ll also love the abundance of cute photos you’ll get while you’re gone! I take great pictures (: I have my own dog that’s a rescue German Shepard. He is about 5 and super docile, calm, sand well trained. He’s a little nervous around new humans at first (barks) but is eager to meet new dog friends. He gets along great with other pups and loves to play. He matches the energy of whatever dog is around. If they’re down to play, so is he, but he’ll also happily nap all day. My partner and I also have a cat that is good at hiding when company is over. Its very easy to separate my space to keep the cat in a separate area. I haven’t had any issues with him being around other dogs though. He just likes to keep to himself (: I have a job that is Monday-Friday that is currently work from home so that means I‘ll be around your pets all day. I have a pretty large fenced in backyard that your dog can enjoy the outdoors with me in. I am always outside while they’re outside in the yard. On the weekends I love going for long walks or hikes and, with permission, I’d love to take your dog with me! If they’re not the type for long walks/hikes, that’s okay too! I’ll make sure they have a relaxing, fun weekend still (: I just moved to Maple Leaf and I have loved all the parks nearby. I’m just a mile from Green Lake and 2 blocks from a huge open field park. Housesitting is always an option that leaves a pets so much more comfortable, staying in their own home. I am extremely respectful and responsible of your space. The house will always be left spotless and will feel like I was never there. I can also help with keeping an eye on the place, bringing in mail, and watering plants. I’m even great at cleaning and would be open to negotiating something if you’d like a certain chore done around the house while you’re gone! I love everything about dog training and can help enforce any rules or habits you're trying to maintain and teach your dog!
