First of all, hi! Thank you for choosing me as a potential sitter for your fur baby. Growing up, my family has always owned dogs and they have been a huge part of my life ever since. It was always a part of my daily chores to walk, feed, and play with our German shepherd and Italian mastiff. Now that I am older, I have two dogs of my own with my boyfriend, and we are happy to meet other dogs and will welcome them in as our own! When your pup stays with me, I treat your pet as if it were mine. They will be a part of our daily walks and exercise and they can expect to get lots of love and cuddles.

Emma was wonderful and took great care of Ollie while we were out of town. She scheduled a meet and greet to make sure Ollie would be comfortable with her fur babies, which I really appreciated! Of course there were rain storms when we were away but she made sure Ollie felt secure and safe (thunderstorms are not his favorite). Her communication before and during Ollie's stay was quick and I loved getting pictures to see what he was up to. I would definitely reach out to Emma again in the future!
Emma was a fantastic sitter for our golden, Monty! She was very flexible with our short-notice request, and also with a late pickup time after our flight home was delayed. Chief and Roman made great playmates for Monty! We felt very comfortable with Emma and will book her again in the future.

I prioritize safety and health always, and it’s important to me that our dogs meet prior so that I know they will get along during the stay. I always keep my dogs and the dog I am hosting’s food separate. I do prioritize play and making friends! It is important to me that the dog i’m sitting gets lots of attention and play so that they may be as happy and comfortable with me as possible!

I would like to know ahead of time of any allergies, anxieties, or general needs first. Second, I would like to understand what helps the dog feel comfortable in a new environment and what soothes them. I also want to know if there are any behaviors that you would like for me to curb while they stay with me (I.e dogs on furniture, barking, etc.)
A typical day
I love taking my dogs to the nearby dog park or my parents house with a big yard for play, if this is approved by owner. When we are at home I like to take the dogs for regular walks and to have lots of snuggle time when we’re inside :)

Availability
I work at home full time and am able to easily integrate dog care into my routine. They become a part of my daily breaks and exercise, and I love the company! I have a house with an open yard where my dogs play. Prior to your pets’ stay, I will need to know ahead of time if they behave well in an unfenced area. If this is not something that they are used to, this is no problem and I will keep them leashed or take them to play at the dog park nearby. :)
