Although I grew up in rural NJ, people always guess that I am from NYC or California, and given NJ's reputation (thanks to Jersey Shore) I take it as a major compliment! My favorite part about NYC is absolutely the population. I love to meet new pets and people, find out what makes them tick, and learn about their unique experiences. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and love that there are so many languages spoken here. It just so happens that the family I would always dog sit for moved to California last spring. Jackie, their pit/lab fur baby, is very high energy and made of pure muscle. Barkley (my dog) and I miss her and her family dearly.
