Emily was fantastic with our 2 dogs -- 1 dog-aggressive male and 1 very young female puppy! The puppy was extra shy and skittish during the 1st drop in (even though she loved Emily during the Meet and Greet), and Emily not only took all the time that was needed to gain the puppy's trust, she also crawled on and even laid down on the floor to speak the puppy's language to assure her all would be OK and to follow her. She was a natural in dealing with our male who tends to test new people and needs firm boundaries and rules set with him before he respects the person, and convinced him she was worthy of his time, which he was very happy about. She was also very watchful of both dogs, knowing when to interact with them, when to stay in the background and let them play with each other, and when there was an impending and urgent pottying need. She followed all our instructions perfectly (and there were a lot of them), was extremely punctual, and thorough in her feedback on their Rover cards. We felt tremendously comfortable (and relieved) to have found her, and will definitely be using her again for both dog sitting services, and even dog training services, since she's a trainer with dogs who could help ours!

Emily did an excellent job taking care of Lucia while we were gone. Lucia can have a hard time handling new sitters and Emily handled it like a professional. Highly recommend!
