I've been around dogs my whole life! I grew up with Golden Retrievers, and now my family breeds purebred Weimaraners. I love everything from exercising with pups, to snuggling up on the couch (which is tough for when they're not allowed on furniture, they're just too cute!). As a little girl, my Golden Retriever had a litter of puppies. I loved crawling into their pen and spending time with the ten little cuties. Now about 1-2 times per year I get to be surrounded by 8-10 Weimaraner pups, which is the sweetest thing. When I was in school, I used to house sit a dog of very old age. I would provide her with medicine, keep her company, and walk with her out back for however long she was able to muster some energy. It was such a gift to spend that time with her and keep her company. I also love running, and have always wanted a pup to go running with! I currently have very flexible afternoon hours, and am available mornings and evenings as well depending on the day.
