Hello! I am a elementary school teacher on maternity leave who has a passion for dogs. I would love to help out with your furry friend! I am a dog lover and have had a dog in my home since I was born. My current dog, Ellie, is the joy of our household. She is a big lovable goofball who is happiest on long walks and playing with her puppy pals. Our house is a 3 story home, with a wonderful fenced off grassy backyard where your dog will have free roam for bathroom breaks, in addition to the many daily walks that will be provided around the neighbourhood and in the Elder Mills conservation area which is located just a 5 minute walk away. We have a young baby who is crawling, so we only accept small, friendly dogs. Our dog Ellie is very friendly with other dogs, and she will provide all the companionship your dog needs. This was our first week long trip without our dog; but from the minute Emilie opened the door, we knew our dog would be in good hands. Frequent updates, pictures and contact made the process much easier for us. Glad to know that our pup had a doggie companion for the week too. We have another trip planned later this spring and hopefully we can seek Emilies services again. Great job, keep up the good work!
Just picked up Leo and Bella from Emilie where they were treated like one of the family. I received pics from her everyday and she kept me in the loop as to how they were doing during their stay. I was a little worried about Emilie's own dog but they all got on very well. Thanks again Emilie for your service and dedication to my dogs.

A typical day
We have a beautiful trail right nearby called Elder Mills conservation area which is great for dog walking. I often walk my dog along the trail or around the block. Additionally, I enjoy playing fetch with my dog in my large, fenced in backyard.

Availability
I'm on maternity leave so I will be home with your dog all day, apart from running errands or visiting family. I walk the dogs 2x a day for 30 minutes, or according to your schedule as described to me.
