Pet care experience
I have always owned cats and have 2 now. I previously have owned rabbits, cared for chicks, and throughout my life I have babysat for friends and families dogs of all sizes. I work part time from home. I am able to care for a dog or cat at any time, but through my work day I will need to be focused on work. I can play with them and let them use the toilet but not walk them from 10-5 Tuesday to Friday. Weekends are absolutely free and Mondays I live in a 2 bedroom flat with a large lounge. It is a first floor flat but has a small communal green for toilet trips. I have 2 cats in the house but they have lots of high up places they can escape to if they don’t want to play with the dog. I live next to The Level which is a great place for dog walks.

Pop had a great time with Ellie and enjoyed getting to meet cats for the first time. She was well looked after and came away happy.
Ellie was an absolute star, she stepped in last minute when I'd had another arrangement cancelled and saved the day! Monty clearly had a great time with her as he's come home chilled out and happy, she sent updates throughout the day and was very responsive to my anxious dog mum moments. I'll definitely be using her again

I will need to know if they are house trained, any special medication or food requirements. I have looked after a blind and deaf dog before so I am comfortable doing so. It is important to know if they get along with cats as I will need to keep them separated from my cats if they do not.
A typical day
A typical day can be a walk in the morning before 10am when I begin work. I work from home writing articles so I can give a dog or cat intermittent attention throughout the day. They can stay with me at all times if necessary. The level is next to my house which is great for dog walking. Evenings past 5, I can give the dog or cat all of my attention. Lots of cuddles, playing and bonding!
