Ellen was so great with Elvis. He had a lot of fun during his stay, that when we picked him up, he went back to say bye to Ellen multiple times before jumping in the car. Ellen kept him very clean and he did not smell at all when we got him back. He stayed for a whole week and Ellen was able to observe him and give us feedback on his training. We are recommending Ellen to all our friends.

We couldn't have gotten luckier finding Ellen to take care of our two Pomeranians while we were away for the weekend. Our 8 month old pups can be quite a handful, but Ellen went above and beyond to meet their needs. The Poms are very high energy and so she treated them to some pool days and long walks at Fresh Pond. She even did some obedience training with them and we were shocked to see they learned a new command in just three days. Ellen went a step further and wrote out instructions for us on how to keep up with the training she had started with them. Talk about 5 star service!! We were initially nervous to leave our pups for the first time, but Ellen instantly put us at ease during our initial meet and greet by taking time to allow the pups to get to know her and asking many questions. She also did a great job of keeping us updated every day with lots of pictures and videos. We really felt like she cared for them just as much as we do and we are so thankful to now have someone we fully trust if we need to leave them at home again.
