Pet care experience
Lots of love, cuddles, walks, and 24/7 companionship, one dog at a time -- or two three from the same family. I’ve been a Rover Mom since 2016 and I’ve cared for pets for over 40 years: I’ve lived with up to 4 dogs at one time, kitties, parakeets, an Amazon parrot named Sam, aquarium fish, pond fish, frogs, a pet mouse, and some years ago, a pet lamb. I grew up on a farm with horses, cows, sheep and chickens. My own dogs have included English cocker spaniels, border collies, wire-haired pointers, English springers, and mixes.

Elizabeth was great, took wonderful care of our energetic puppy, Sophie. Thank you!
Lizzie and Brad are wonderful!! We didn’t have any worries leaving our new puppy with them. They are dog lovers and great people who take fabulous care of our furry friends. It gave me such a peace of mind leaving Ruby with them while I took care of my elderly mom. Huge thanks 🙏
Lizzie and Brad were a joy to work with from our first interactions. She’s responsive, incredibly thoughtful and put our pup Walter first above all else. She even brought him a half hour away for our wedding photos - thank you so much, Lizzie!
Elizabeth was an excellent caregiver for our goldendoodle Teddy! She arranged a meet and greet and gathered a lot of information from us about Teddy’s daily schedule and preferences, which made it clear that she takes her role very seriously. She was also very communicative and it was clear she has a lot of experience caring for a variety of dogs. She also went above and beyond and delivered Teddy to our wedding where he acted as ring bearer! She then brought him back to her home so we could enjoy the rest of the wedding and he could rest after meeting everyone! Teddy seemed very comfortable and happy when we arrived to pick him up. I would 100% recommend Elizabeth for any future pet sitting needs!

I want your visiting pup to know our house is a second home. Other than nighttime crate stays your pup will totally hang out with me.

Information Elizabeth W. would like to know about your pet
CRATE: Your pup should bring its crate to be sure he or she will be safe and secure overnight, and should I need to go on (infrequent) errands. If my schedule allows, I may make an exception in which case I charge $30/day for additional care. (Do not fear that I will keep your pup in its crate, I'm a Rover-mom because I love have a dog with me!) STAIRS: I live in a loft — my visiting pups should be comfortable going up and down stairs. WALKS: Visiting pups should be happy walking on a leash. I love long walks: my neighborhood has quiet streets leading down to the river — plenty of places to sniff! Most of my own dogs were high-energy so I know it's important to get out and stretch their legs. SPECIAL NEEDS: For senior pets or puppies in the process of house-training — please, let me know in advance. - Please message me for a custom quote for 2-3 dogs all from the same family. - No potty pads, belly bands, or dogs with incontinence issues. - My homeowners insurance does not permit me to host pit bulls, Staffordshire terriers, pit mixes or similar dogs.
A typical day
I try to adapt my schedule to your pup’s home timetable: getting up at their accustomed time; breakfast and/or dinner when they are used to; walks and treats on their home schedule.

I'm an artist and I work at home in my pet-friendly house. My visiting pups follow me around all day: under my feet as I paint, sew, or work on my computer; in the kitchen while I cook; and leaning against me when I read or watch tv. I like to take frequent breaks to walk with my visiting pups. Since my own dog passed away, I love to 'borrow' your pet and have a furry friend again, if only temporary.
