Professional and loyal pet-lover

Pet care experience

Hello! I have experience through volunteer work with the Atlanta Pet Rescue and Adoption with small, medium, and large dogs. I've had dogs my whole life, from Lhasa Apsos to Shi Tsus to a pit bull/marshmallow mix. Currently, I have a cat who is a tiny, adorable menace to society. I like long walks, watching pups play in parks, and couch cuddles! I have petsat since I was in middle school, moving up from hamsters to cats and dogs. When I was in college, I volunteered at APRA as a caretaker- walking, grooming, and playing with dogs and cats and cleaning play areas. PLEASE NOTE: I do not accept more than two dogs in a household during a stay. I want to be able to take the best care possible of your furry friends, and having several dogs at a time means less time I can spend with them individually. Why I love dog sitting I've loved dogs all my life, since I was brought home to my parents "first child", a Lhasa Apso named Harry. Since then, I've had a Shi Tsu named Puccini and a goofy pibble named Luca. My experience administering medication I'm very competent with pills and ointments, but I would prefer not to give injections.

Elizabeth did a wonderful job with our dog Scooby. He is a senior dog and has some special issues and she did great staying on top of things. We also had some issues on our way back to SF and she was very accommodating staying an extra half day with Scooby till we got back.

I really feel comfortable with Elizabeth and knowing that my dog is in great hands. She reassured me that my dog was doing fine by sending pictures and updates throughout my trip. I'll be scheduling more pet sitting with Elizabeth in the future. Thank you for a job well done.

Information Elizabeth N. would like to know about your pet

I like all breeds, but if your dog is large, I'd prefer they be well-trained. I'd appreciate knowing his or her general activity level, any favorite games, and if there are medical issues (even with rare or "never happens" symptoms). It's important to note that at this time, I am unable to care for very active or hyper dogs due to my personal health needs. I don't take dogs with a history of aggression or biting, so please be honest with me if your dog does.

A typical day

Time I'll spend with your dog I prefer sticking close to home base, so I'll be with them for at least four to six hours in the evenings and most or all of the weekend. Extra house-sitting services Of course! I'm happy to handle mail, plants, or whatever else you'll need. I am a pretty clean and neat person, so you can rest assured you'll come home to a house that is at least as clean as you left it.
