Love + care like your pet deserves
Pet care experience
Hello! I’m Elissa. I’ve taken care of animals my whole life, and professionally for 18 years. I’ve had pretty much every animal under the sun! (Goats, chickens, horses, bunnies, the list goes on!) Aside from being an animal enthusiast, I show my border collies in the AKC and also have started my youngest on sheep. I enjoy the outdoors, and since my 4 dogs are energetic, we spend a lot of time out there. If your pup enjoys being around other dogs, they’ll have some romping time with mine, and if they’re not keen on play, that’s okay! They don’t need to. I have 4 years of experience as a veterinarian technician so if your pet has medical needs, rest assured they will be taken care of. I’m comfortable administering medications, including sub q fluids, and insulin, as well as pilling. **All dogs coming to my home must be crate trained. While we will spend a lot of time outside playing or hanging out on the couch, some downtime will be spent in crates.** Outside, while my yard isn’t fenced in, I do have 2+ acres that abutts 2 acres of cranberry bogs that I take boarders for walks on. All dogs are supervised and allowed on a 30ft lead so they may run and feel free.
Reviews
Elissa did a wonderful job working with our wee Winnie during her walks, toileting and feeding. Rover is a great service to have. I will be contacting Elissa again in the future.
Elissa was great! Our dog Tripp had the best time with her and her other pups. We got daily texts and pictures! Trippy came home very tired!!
Elissa and her family always take wonderful care of our pup! Highly recommend her! 10/10
Elissa took great care of our boy! He was happy and tired when he got home, and very well loved. Thank you so much for caring for him for us!

Information Elissa C. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your pet has any special needs, medications, or allergies. Are they reactive in a certain situation? Do they resource guard? Please let me know as much as possible. In addition, what about the following: Any special diet needs? Do they get along with other dogs? Are they okay with cats? Are they okay with kids? Are they crate trained? Where do they sleep at night? Food/Bathroom schedule? UTD on vaccines? UTD on flea/tick preventative? Likes/Dislikes?
A typical day
A day with an average dog includes AM feeds, walks after eating, one on one attention before relaxing for a little. Depending on the dog's bathroom schedule, a longer walk along 2 miles of cranberry bogs and exercise depending on the dog's fitness level! Noon time is typically the "snooze" time Then, before PM feed, we usually romp around again in the yard before decompressing before bed time.

Availability
I work from home so I have time to play with your pups and walk them! While I'm usually around the house, I do have to leave to run errands or an off-property job. Because of this, all potential boarders must be comfortable with crating and being left alone for 2 hours.
