My Pet Care Philosophy
Pet care experience
I’ve been pet/house sitting for the last 10 years and before that I volunteered to walk dogs at the willamette humane society. Also while there spent time socializing cats.

I am extremely happy with my pet-sitting experience with Donita! She came by the house a couple times before my trip to meet my 2 Westie dogs and they all took to each other from the start. I originally booked Donita for 7 days which turned into 11 days and she extended her visit to accommodate me. I received daily updates and pictures, my girls had too much fun with her! She left my home clean and in perfect condition! I am VERY pleased and would hire Donita again in a heartbeat! Thank you from Kay, Mia and Molly!
Donita took great care of our pup and the house. She checked in daily and we felt at ease knowing Kali could be at home where she is most comfortable.
As always, Donita's care of Felicia was top notch! We came home to a clean house and a happy cat!

While at your home I take dogs for a walk at least twice a day, always on a leash or pet stroller. When they go out in yard, even if fenced I check frequently or I go out and play with them.

Please let me know of any needs or special treatment your dog may need. Is there personality traits I need to be aware of. How is your dog around children, in case we come across some on our walks.
A typical day
The dogs will get at least 2 good walks (any nearby park or nature walk makes this better) a day and lots of playing. I’ll throw a ball and sometimes just run around yard. If ok with owners I would gladly go to a nearby dog park with them.

Since I am retired I have lots of my days to spend with your pets. I enjoy spending time and helping pets relax while their family is away.
