Pet care experience
*DBS checked* 🌞 If this is your first time booking with Rover - use DOMINS19604 code for £15 off (only applicable for bookings with me)🌞 I have always had pets, from Boxers, German shepherds, Yorkshire terriers to Minature Schnauzers and miss having a pet as I cannot commit to one of my own currently. It would be an absolute joy to be be able to help other pet owners with their beloved ones as and when necessary. I am currently working remotely meaning I am always home and have plenty of time to dedicate my attention to your beloved pet. I personally enjoy longs walks and spending time outside. I also take great care with my surroundings and any properties I reside in! I have a large fenced garden attached to the property to which the dog can have access at any time, though I do not keep a crate at my property I am happy to use the owners one. I am happy to adjust my care to the instructions of the owner and adjust to whatever may be needed for the comfort of the pet, wherever it may be. 📱I encourage all owners to set up a WhatsApp group chat so you may have my personal number and a speedy means of contact should you wish to see even more photos and videos of our daily antics ! 📱 🐕 I ask all new owners to fill out a questionnaire to provide me with the basics prior to making any commitments 🐕 👇 If you’d like to send over all the info with a new request please do copy and fill the below paragraph 👇 Questions - please provide as much detail as much detail as you think is necessary 😊 🦴 Meal Time preferences How often and at what times? Dry, wet, mixed ? Would you like the food to be weighed? Any snacks or toppings ? 🎾 Daytime routine How often they are used to go for walk a day and how long do they like? How many hours between each toilet? How do they behave off the lead, what’s their recall and approach to other people (e.g. jumping up on people or chasing kids?) How long have they been left alone before ? 🐕🦺 Other: How do they act around other dogs? How do they behave indoor with regards to furniture and plants? How do they normally sleep? Any recent injuries, surgeries, treatments ?
Reviews
Dominika is a really thoughtful and prepared sitter - she asked a lot of questions to make sure she knew as much as possible to ensure our dog was comfortable during his stay with her. We felt at ease knowing that he’d be really well taken care of, which was confirmed when she’d send through plenty of updates. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and use her again ! Thanks !
Dominika is a really lovely person great communication. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for looking after Luna 💗
Thank you, Dominika!
Dominika is simply brilliant with Buddie and he absolutely adores her! We have left Buds with Dominika on an ad hoc basis a few times now and would highly recommend her; professional, very knowledgeable of individual dogs needs & personality! Thanks so much Dominika!

I always find it very helpful to know if the dogs has any behavioural quirks that may need my attention while out walking or in the house, it’s not anything I am normally put off by I just find it is important to be aware of for both mine and the dogs safety, this is also the case for any dietary needs or allergies. I also love to hear about the dogs favourite scratching spots and their favourite toys/ activities.
A typical day
Depending on the dog in question, for the smaller puppers who may become more tired quickly I enjoy a walk to my local park which has a lovely open space to throw toys and meet other dogs whilst not being too challenging of a walk. For those in the pack who love a good long walk I enjoy walking through to and through Dulwhich woods and back, I find it’s a safe and stimulating walk for any pupper who has plenty of energy in them. If we’re in for a real hike then my usual go route is the canal walk finishing in Beckenham Place park, with the option of taking a bus or walking back depending on energy levels. I find this one provides a range of activities along the way, from dipping in the shallow canal to running through the forests of the park and into the open (though sometimes muddy) fields. I find at the end of the day it really is all about the needs of the dog and I am happy to adjust.
