Pet care experience
I had mini-poodles growing up. As an adult, I’ve had 4 Labrador Retrievers. They were my children. I love canine friends! Would love to help! I am an actor/singer and currently have a LOT of free time. Any work I do is from home. I have a very flexible schedule. We have a fenced yard. My husband also loves dogs. We both love long walks and we live near downtown so we can get around.

I have a fenced front yard. We live on a street where people frequently walk by. People love to talk to the dogs over the fence and our own pets have made neighborhood friends that way. Currently, we are without a pet, so the whole yard would be YOUR pet's when visiting. I keep an eye on things and don't mind having dogs in, then out, then in, then out...I'm used to it.

I don't have a breed preference. I would like to know if there are any behaviors I need to pay close attention to, such as, are they chewers? Diggers? Trash-can dumpers? Toilet-drinkers? I'm happy to adjust my house to be more user-friendly and keep temptations out of the way.
A typical day
I have easy access to a few parks in the downtown area. Plenty of sidewalks and cross-walks. I love going downtown, so I'm always up for a walk down there. I also enjoy driving over to the off-leash dog park on the Mesa (Wilcox Property or Douglas Family Preserve) and have an off-leash park close enough to walk to (State and De la Vina). I'm also really good at tug of war with toys!

Availability
I have a very flexible schedule and can be home most of the time. During COVID I have been home a lot more than before, but I enjoy making my pets part of my day by taking them with me where I can do so. Although I have no pets currently, I am willing to take a dog or two on errands. I walk a lot, too! Love fur companions for walks!
