*currently on a hiatus while I introduce & train a new rescue -Feb 2023* I have owned (and raised many since they were babies) fish, frogs, snakes, dogs, and cats. I have self trained for the last 10 years. I currently own a giant breed - neutered male English Mastiff-who was raised with a female husky and female shih tzu so we welcome all sizes, genders, and breeds in our home.

I highly recommend Dayna as a caretaker for your pets, she is a natural. She took excellent care of our dog, sent us pictures along the way assuring us that our Biggie was happy. Would definitely be using her services again!
Dayna is great with animals. She seems to be somewhat of a dog whisperer especially when it comes to training and getting them to behave. I would leave my dogs with her any time as they always come back incredibly happy and well behaved. I am pretty sure sometimes they would rather stay and hang out with her than me haha.

I have a large fenced backyard, and a fenced dog run with shade as well. Covered awning portion of the yard has misters to keep pups cool when they are enjoying some time outdoors. Yard fences are 5-6 feet tall (2 sides are block wall, 1 is wooden). I have a giant wire crate (54", suitable for giants, even over 180 lbs) and a medium size crate (80 lb or less) in the dog room.

I do have a pool so please let me know ahead of time if your dog LOVES to swim so I can avoid them jumping in (if you allow it we can do swim days from time to time :)) or if your dog has no experience swimming so they are given extra careful attention when near the pool side of the yard. All dogs MUST be on a flea preventative.
A typical day
My backyard backs up to a park so we have a great walking route with lots to sniff! I often watch 3 dogs at once so there is always someone to play with. On warm days we play fetch inside, sit under the misters outside while they sniff around, or watch DogTV while enjoying ice cubes as treats.

Availability
I am currently working from home so I have time to give frequent potty breaks, walks, and medication on a schedule if needed. If your pet is staying overnight, they must be crate trained or able to be left alone for short periods incase of an emergency or quick errands. Drop offs accepted no earlier than 7:30 am. Pick up time can be discussed, but preferably no later than 8 pm on weekdays, 930 pm on weekends.
