Hello, my name is Danielle and I love animals of all kinds. I believe every animal has its own personality and soul. It takes time to get to know an animal before they consider you a friend, and I've always been very helpful in that area. Animals trust me, as they should as I would never mistreat them. I grew up with two dogs and and a cat. Neither of them ever wore a leash or collar. We lived on several acres and our animals had dull reign. And I believe they were the happiest animals I ever knew. I'm thankful to have been taught that animals need the outdoors and deserve freedoms. I worked at the humane society so I also encountered unfortunate cases involving dogs. Most of them warmed up to me quickly. Treats helped ;) I know have to two rescue dogs, aged 7 (female pit bull) and 5 ( Australian terrier mix male). They are my babies. Especially the male. I'm his mama and will be til the bitter end. They're name are Lady and Buddy. Fitting for both. I also have two cats, mother and daughter. Tigger is mom, loves to follow you into the bathroom and rub on your legs. She's full feline. The daughter has three names, for good reason. Princess Kitten Bitch-Puddin'. They all apply. But we usually call her kitten. She's a bit overweight, but cuddly and possessive. All are n like my children. They get the spoils to prove it. My boyfriend and I take the dogs for short leisurely walks at least once a week. I find it difficult to walk them both by myself, but they are very stubborn on a leash. Need more time on it. Always learning, always teaching. That's why I enjoy the company of animals so much. Of all kinds.
